By placing an order with 21 Lemon Lane, you agree to the following shop policies. Each item is handmade with care, and we truly appreciate your support of our small business.

Processing Time

All items are handmade and made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be created before it ships.

Processing times may vary during holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping

Orders are shipped once production is complete. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping carrier and service selected at checkout.

Please note:

  • Shipping time is separate from processing time

  • We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, production may have already begun and changes may no longer be possible.

Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.

Handmade Variations

Each item is handmade, which means small variations and minor imperfections may occur. These are a natural part of handcrafted products and make every item unique.

Colors & Appearance

Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, and monitor displays. While we do our best to represent products accurately, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

Tumbler Care

To help extend the life of your tumbler:

  • Hand wash only

  • Do not microwave

  • Do not soak

  • Avoid extreme heat

  • Handle with care

Improper care may damage the design and will void eligibility for replacement.

Lid & Straw Disclaimer

All tumblers include lids and/or straws for convenience (unless otherwise noted). While lids are designed to help reduce spills, they are not guaranteed to be completely leakproof.

To help prevent spills:

  • Ensure the lid is securely placed on the tumbler

  • Avoid shaking or tipping the cup

  • Keep tumblers upright when possible

Minor leakage may occur with normal use and is not considered a defect.

Design Durability

Our tumblers are designed for normal beverage use. However, they are still handcrafted items and should be handled with care. Dropping, soaking, or exposing the tumbler to extreme temperatures may damage the design.

Normal wear over time is not considered a defect.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, 21 Lemon Lane LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if this occurs.

Payment & Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

If an issue arises with your order, please contact us directly so we can attempt to resolve the issue before a dispute is filed with your payment provider.

Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed using order confirmations, shipping records, and delivery tracking information.

Refusal of Service

21 Lemon Lane reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders containing inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content that we are unable to legally reproduce.

If an order must be canceled for this reason, a full refund will be issued.

Policy Updates

21 Lemon Lane reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately once posted on this page.
